Turnip Vulkan + Waydroid

Adreno 630 runs a CTS-conformant open-source Vulkan driver (turnip) — mature enough to drive the compositor itself, and mature enough to host a Waydroid container for the rare DRM/Integrity-locked app.

No other device in the fleet clears the Track-1 GPU bar; this is the trifecta device.

sxmo_autosuspend is running but the full sleep→wake cycle is unverified end-to-end. Double-tap-to-wake (rmi4 supports it) is blocked directly behind this — it can't be tested until the device reliably sleeps and wakes.
